Grammar teaching is extremely essential part to acquire a second language. Ellis defines grammar teaching as “any instructional technique that draws learners’ attention to some specific grammatical form in such a way that it helps them either to understand it metalinguistically or process it in comprehension and production so that they can internalize it” (as cited in Shanta, 2012, p. 118). For fulfilling the purpose of grammar teaching, I intend to two types of approaches: those that focus on analyzing the language and those that focus on using the language. To illustrate, in the analyzing-based approach, the students are encouraged to learn the elements of language such as sounds, structures, vocabulary. The term ‘niche’ is regularly used in the offices. Now, the arising question is, ‘what is the meaning of niche?’ According to Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary’s definition, it means ‘comfortable or suitable roles, job, the way of life, etc.’ However, the different person defines it in different ways. It is an easy task to know the meaning of any words like we have done in the case of ‘niche’ though it is not an easy job to find our own ‘niche’ or ‘comfortable zone’ in our workplace. Because of that, we eventually cannot perform up to the mark or improve our skills for the betterment of our work rather we do struggle and frustrate with our work.    Gaining the long-term prosperity in our official works, we do to understand ‘what is our niche in the field of professional works?’ In future, if we understand or acknowledge it, we will know ‘what is our strength?’ According to our strength, we can develop our skills so that we can achieve the pick of success in our life....
